Important information

  • Santa & Mrs Claus are hosted in a private Zoom room that will be monitored at all times. It is accessible by computer and most mobile devices, including Android and iPhones. A Zoom account is recommended for best experience. You can sign up for a free Zoom account here. 
  • Please be patient until admitted from the waiting room. Once admitted, you may turn on your webcam. Please remain muted until host calls on you. An adult should be with the child. Adults do not need to be within camera frame.
  • Webcam with mic or earbuds is recommended to see and speak with Santa.
  • There is no cost to participate. No registration or opt-in required. No personal information collected nor shared. You will not be added to any email or contact list.
  • The live session will not be recorded.
  • Please note due to the nature of hosting a free, live event, no promises are made. We will try to accommodate everyone who shows up by 6pm. Care will be taken to manage the number of participants (children and adults) in the virtual room at the same time.  Once a child, or group, has had an opportunity to speak individually with Santa, they are expected to leave the virtual room so others may come in as space is limited. Unruly guests may be asked to leave or their access blocked.

Additional access information will appear here day of meeting. We look forward to seeing you on December 17th and delighted to offer children this special opportunity to speak with Santa in this unusual year of mandatory social distancing and extra health care concerns and protocols.
